We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning location of the hotel, overlooking the picturesque Lake Como. The pools, especially the pool in the lake, were absolutely beautiful and provided a unique and refreshing swimming experience. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel special from the moment we arrived. We also appreciated the small touches, such as the jars of candy in the lobby and the monogrammed chocolates in our room. Despite the expense, we felt that our stay at the Grand Hotel was worth every penny. We will definitely be returning multiple times in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect and unforgettable experience.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we loved the stunning views of the lake from our room and the delicious breakfast served on the terrace. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the ferry port and nearby attractions. Another advantage we enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff, who provided excellent service throughout our stay.
It was also frustrating that our requests for tea cups and saucers took multiple calls before they were provided. Additionally, the response time for any requests from our room was quite slow, sometimes taking longer than 30 minutes.

The hotel exuded elegance and transported us to a different time with its lavish decor. The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. Additionally, the amenities such as the pools and facilities were outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake and the convenient location that allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area.
While it was difficult to find any faults with this amazing hotel, we felt that the service did not meet our expectations considering the price. There were instances of slow room service and a lack of communication between the front desk and staff at the beach bar.

Our room, although not very spacious, had a breathtaking lake view and a small balcony that allowed us to enjoy it even more. the breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a variety of options that made us feel just like at a wedding every morning.
Although the staff was helpful and friendly, we experienced a minor issue with a smell of sewage in our room, originating from the bidet. Even though we informed the staff, the problem was not entirely resolved during our stay, but they did their best to make things better.
